Ross Winchel Real Estate Biography Thank you for taking time to learn about me. One of my strengths as a Nashville area Realtor is that I am a middle Tennessee native. I was born and raised in Nashville Tennessee. Our first house was in the Crieve Hall community in south Nashville. In 1967, my family moved to Brentwood, TN long before it became the luxury home community it is now. I would call myself a Brentwood native. It is unbelievable the growth that I have seen in Brentwood, Cool Springs and Franklin. It is a great place to call home, conduct business and raise a family. The Brentwood, Franklin, Cool Springs community is where my family and I relocated to and where we currently reside. As a child, I attended Oak Hill School, Franklin Road Academy (FRA), and went to middle and high school at Montgomery Bell Academy (MBA). Upon graduation in 1981, I went on to the University of Tennessee in Knoxville (UT) and the University of Central Florida (UCF) for college. During my business career, I have worked in the computer industry for Tandy Corporation and Zenith Data systems, and my wife and I owned and operated Special Selections Children’s Clothing for 12 years. My business experience in both sales and small business is a tremendous asset for my clients in real estate. In 2003, I became interested in real estate as an investor and decided to make it a career. I am still and active investor and own several properties as real estate investments acting as a landlord. In 2008, after 3 years under my belt, I received my broker’s license. I am a principle with SilverPointe Properties in Franklin Tennessee and feel blessed to be associated with such a fine company. I am very active in the foreclosure market, and I have strong knowledge in short sales, and help buyers and sellers in and around Brentwood, Franklin, Cool Springs and Nashville.
